Reference 1145: TTV wafer butterfly valve
Our reference 1145 is a TTV wafer type butterfly valve most often used with corrosive fluids.
This two-piece body valves comes in sizes DN32/40 to DN300, and is mounted between flanges PN10/16 and class 150 (PN20). It is made up of Rilsan-coated EN-GJS-500-7 ductile iron body (the colour is RAL 5024 and the paint is 250-300 microns thick), a CF8M stainless-steel disc, and a PTFE seat with an inner silicon core for greater flexibility and higher temperatures resistance. The benefits of PTFE are its compatibility with multiple types of fluids and its outstanding corrosion resistance.
This TTV wafer type butterfly valve also benefits from specific technical features as listed below:
- Long neck for isolation
- Full crossing stem
- Lever or gearbox (from DN250)
- ISO 5211 mounting pad
In terms of thermal resistance, this valve can withstand a wide range of temperatures with a minimum of -25 °C and up to a maximum of +200 °C. It will also tolerate a pressure of 16 bar up to DN150, and 10 bar for bigger diameters.
