Focussing on the ANSI cast steel gate valve
Our ANSI cast steel gate valve is a full-bore valve made up of a carbon steel body and a flexible one-piece wedge. It is available in 2 to 24 diameters and is fitted with the following elements:
- Rising, non-rotating stem
- Fixed, non-rising handwheel up to 14, gearbox above
- Bolted bonnet and gland pack
- RF class 150 / ANSI 150 (PN20) flanged connections. It is also available in class 300 / ANSI 300, PN50 from 2 to 16
- Face to face according to ASME B16.10, table 1 series A8 and EN 558 series 3
- TRIM 8, seat with Stellite® Gr.6, which makes the valve resistant to wear and corrosion
- RAL 7001 grey painting, 60 µm thickness
The ANSI cast steel gate valve also holds the NACE MR01-75 certification, is fire safe according to the API 6FA standard, and is compatible with ATEX zones. It can be used on a very broad range of temperatures, from -29 °C to +425 °C.
Water distribution, gas oil systems, steam circuits, petrochemical products, gas and petroleum industries are the areas where the ANSI cast steel valve is most often operated.
