The TCR-02-T-KT electric actuators feature a compact design with a 90° operating angle (±2°). They include an ISO 5211 pad and star connection. The ABS plastic enclosure and steel reducing box ensure durability and efficiency. They operate in temperatures from -20°C to +60°C. Duty cycle is S4 (50% operational time), except for TCR20 and TCR40 models which have an S3 duty cycle (85% operational time). Available with a torque from 15Nm to 90Nm, they support voltages of 95-265V AC/DC, and 24V AC/DC

It features a double proportional control function, using a 4-20mA input signal for precise valve positioning, along with a super-capacitor to ensure the valve closes in the event of a power failure. This dual functionality provides both accuracy and reliability, making it suitable for critical applications.

The TCR electric actuators come with adjustable limit switches and 2 auxiliary limit switches. They feature thermal protection, a 3D position indicator, a manual override by hex key, and regulated 2-3 W anti-condensation resistor.

These actuators are equipped with an IP67 leak-tightness rating, making them suitable for indoor use and potentially for outdoor use under proper shelter.

Supporting parallel installation, the TCR-N actuators allow multiple units to operate simultaneously, which is crucial for systems requiring synchronized valve movements. Additionally, they offer manual control with a key, providing a necessary override option for maintenance or in case of power failure.
