Reference 1184: TTV wafer butterfly valve with stainless-steel body and disc and EPDM seat
Our reference 1184 comes from the TTV range. It is a wafer butterfly valve made up of an ASTM A351 CF8M stainless-steel body and disc, and of a removable EPDM seat. It is mounted between flanges PN10/16 and ANSI 150 and is operated with a lever. It is available in our stock in sizes DN32-40 up to DN300.
Reference 1184 also has a long neck for isolation, a full crossing stem, and an ISO 5211 mounting pad. The maximum service pressure is 16 bar, and the temperatures allowed range from -20 °C up to +110 °C.
This wafer butterfly valve, which main characteristic and advantage is that it is entirely made up of stainless steel, is specifically adapted to corrosive environments and places that require frequent cleaning.
Typical applications include cold and hot water, sea water, alcohol, lime milk, sodium hydroxide, demineralised water, mercury, alkaline substances.
